SLP’s Newborn Sessions are all about capturing the precious moments of bonding after your newest family member's arrival! I will tenderly preserve the delicate features and adorable expressions of your little bundle of joy, providing you with timeless memories to cherish as your baby grows. While newborn sessions focus on your newborn, I warmly invite you to include yourself, your partner and siblings to create heartwarming memories that celebrate the arrival of your newest little one.

Studio. Step into my welcoming home studio, designed with your comfort in mind, my studio provides a relaxing setting to capture beautiful memories of your newborn. Stocked with a collection of wraps, drops, baskets, bonnets, and headbands - I offer a range of props to complement your newborn portraits. From delicate wraps to charming baskets, every detail is carefully selected to add a touch of elegance to your session. With a focus on creating a relaxed and inviting environment, my home studio is the perfect setting to capture the pure essence of your newborn's early days.

Bookings. While booking your Newborn Session in advance is preferred, I also welcome inquiries for availability if your little one has already arrived. If scheduling during pregnancy, I'll mark your due date in my calendar as a tentative session date until your baby arrives, at which point we can finalise the session date together. For post-birth bookings, I recommend scheduling the session when your baby is between 9-16 days old to capture those classic sleepy, curly poses. However, older babies are still welcomed; we'll simply adjust the session to accommodate their age, ensuring precious memories are captured beautifully.

What to wear. For your newborn session, I recommend opting for loose, relaxed clothing in neutral colours without any logos or busy patterns. Coordinating colours for the whole family can create a cohesive and visually appealing look in your portraits. Remember, the focus should be on creating timeless and beautiful portraits that highlight the love and connection within your family. 

Gallery Delivery. Within two weeks following your session, you'll receive an email containing a secure link to your personalised online gallery. This is where you can easily access and download your images in both colour and black & white. Feel free to share the gallery link with your loved ones or keep it private—it's completely your decision!
